We're Hiring An Experienced Foreign Flight Instructor
Instructors employed at BIFA receive the following:
- A one-year renewable contract
- A starting gross basic salary of between 14-20 million IDR (Indonesia Rupiah) per month (1 USD ≈ IDR 15,200), commensurate with instructor's experience
- A flight pay of between 250,000-300,000 IDR per hour, commensurate with experience, total hours flown per month and type of aircraft flown
- Room and lunch
- A maximum of 11,700,000 IDR per year for a return ticket to your home/home country (Cannot be reimbursed for cash)
